Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on product terms listed on the product page. Contact Support with your order ID for case-by-case review.
Updates
Minor and patch updates for the licensed major version are typically included. Major upgrades may require a new license — check the product changelog.
Team seats
Team and Extended licenses define seat limits in the license section of each product. Assign seats from Dashboard → Licenses when multi-seat management is enabled.
